Welcome to Arida Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our official website (aridastudio.com) and our mobile applications, including GlowSync (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services are provided by Yichang Arida Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services & License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or any part of it.
Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the application to any third party.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users, if any), including but not limited to the brand names, logos (including "Arida Studio" and "GlowSync"), UI/UX designs, source code, artwork, and animations, are and will remain the exclusive property of Yichang Arida Technology Co., Ltd. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws worldwide.

3. In-App Purchases & Billing

GlowSync may offer additional premium features through In-App Purchases (IAP) or premium tiers:

Platform Billing: All financial transactions, billing, and purchases are processed and managed entirely by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
No Refunds from Us: Since all payments are handled by Apple or Google, any refund requests or payment disputes must be directed to their customer support. We do not have access to your financial transactions or billing accounts.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our premium features at any time. Any changes will not affect already completed one-time purchases.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.

"As Is" Basis: Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of the software.
Hardware & Brightness Disclaimer: GlowSync simulates high-resolution LED and light patterns on your screen. Prolonged usage at maximum brightness can impact device battery life and cause normal heating. While the application provides prominent in-app warnings before engaging full-brightness modes, you acknowledge that you use these features at your own risk. We are not liable for any battery degradation, temporary screen retention, or hardware issues resulting from continuous or improper usage of the application.
Concert & Event Rules: While GlowSync is designed to be a concert companion, you are solely responsible for complying with the rules, safety guidelines, and security policies of the venues or events you attend.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
