GlowSync Frequently Asked Questions

Why aren't my devices synchronizing?
GlowSync relies on Bluetooth and Local Network signals to synchronize screens offline. Please ensure that:
1. Bluetooth is turned ON on all devices.
2. You have granted "Bluetooth" and "Local Network" permissions to GlowSync in your system settings.
3. Devices are within a reasonable range (usually within 10-15 meters without major obstacles).
Does GlowSync require cellular data or stadium Wi-Fi?
No. GlowSync is built from the ground up for crowded concert environments. It operates completely offline and does not require cell service, internet data, or spotty stadium Wi-Fi to keep devices perfectly in sync.
I purchased Premium features, how do I restore them on a new device?
Open GlowSync, head over to the settings menu, and click on the "Restore Purchases" button. Ensure you are logged into the same App Store or Google Play account that you originally used to buy the premium tier.
My phone gets warm while using the app. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. To simulate high-resolution, vivid LED concert light shows, the app keeps your screen active and pushes your display brightness. This causes temporary hardware warming and increased battery consumption. We recommend using a prominent warning internally and being mindful of your battery.
